VIRTUAL | June 2, 2022 | 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM CST
We all have masks we wear in professional environments. In this session, we'll explore the role self-disclosure—of personality, of feelings, of experiences and beliefs—plays in facilitated spaces. This kind of disclosure can create deeper connections in a group and is thus often considered desirable, and part of what we're contemplating is how to assess risk such that you can choose when, why and how to self-disclose in different contexts.
This event is presented as part of the Central Texas Liberating Structures User Group, a collective of LS practitioners from around the globe who come together for hands-on practice with liberating structures. It's virtual, and open to all locations and levels of expertise.
Free (upon registration).
