Traditionally, to meet, you’ve had to navigate a single dimension: time. Now, we need to account for space, too: who’s in person, who’s online. In this flipped-model, you’ll experience the elements of an effective hybrid meeting in real-time. We'll explore connection and technology, then engagement and purpose. After each day of theory, you'll have the opportunity to practice and experience what we've discussed, so you get familiar with a new set of planning, facilitation and tech tools.

This workshop is tailored to business and NPO people who lead meetings in hybrid spaces and who want to meet effectively. The event itself will be very interactive (fully present please!), with some attendees in-person (in Austin, TX and Detroit, MI) and others virtual.
