Connective. Experiential. Playful.

People’s attention is precious;
you have to honor it.

DEEPLY CONNECTIVE

Bringing play and authentic connection back into our meetings makes for better team cohesion, more creative solutions, and a better time had by all.

EXPERIENTIAL

We've all learned the theory of something— here, we want to explore the practice. Doing creates a felt sense of what works and what doesn't. Here everyone gets to practice.

PLAYFUL

Play is fun, play is human. It's the natural way in which we explore and learn and gives us the space to experiment- having the grace to fail & try again.

Our Philosophy

Wonder. Excitement. Connection. These all delight us as humans, and are all missing from our work meetings. We come together with lists and agendas, but without the play, creativity, or a larger shared purpose. And something gets lost along the way (Ann says: meetings don’t have to suck).

When we engage people on a level that shows we value their time, their thoughts, their participation and their experience, we can unleash a whole new world … and get things done.

Liberating Structures (LS) features prominently in our facilitation practices, and we encourage others to use these tools as well. LS allows us to have more engaging meetings, with more authentic engagement, and deeper, more thoughtful outcomes.  Setting the stage for connecting and exploring as we build together.
